Lead routing and ownership

Rules for assigning leads and handling records that need reassignment or review.

When this is useful

A lead may match several assignment rules, have an existing owner or arrive with incomplete information. Those cases need an explicit route.

My contribution

I define assignment rules, their order of application and the fallback when a lead cannot be assigned automatically.

A lead matches an existing account owner and a territory pool. Ordered rules retain the active owner without consuming territory capacity.

What it covers

The output
